1. Shipping / Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver within Peninsular,East & west Malaysia.
- For locations outside our delivery coverage, please contact us for special arrangements (additional charges may apply).
Delivery Time
- Orders placed before 12.00 pm will be processed and delivered on the same day or next available delivery slot.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, traffic, weather conditions, and order volume.
- Customers will be notified of estimated delivery time via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
- Free delivery may be available for orders above RM250
2. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept general returns once items are delivered. However, returns or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:
- Wrong items delivered.
- Products received in damaged, spoiled, or unsafe condition.
- Missing items from your order.
3. Return Process

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Change of mind or dislike of taste is not eligible for return.
- Products that have been consumed, partially consumed, or not stored properly after delivery cannot be returned.
