  • Change of mind or personal taste preference is not eligible for refunds.

  • The product arrived damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to consume.
  • The order was not delivered due to our error.

5. Cancellations

  • Once the order is in preparation or delivery, cancellation is not possible.
